MASCULINITY MADE
Let's Build Together
This is more than fitness. It's identity alignment.
After years of trial and error we have perfected our strategy into a proven 4 pillar process that has helped over 1000 LGBTQ+ individuals step into confidence they never thought possible.

Mindset
Confidence starts with trust in yourself. We help you break out of the all-or-nothing mindset, quiet the inner critic, and build a process-based approach that keeps you showing up. This is about alignment, not perfection. Here we redefine what consistency means, and build sustainable long term growth tactics that will last a lifetime.
Accountability
You don’t have to do this alone. Through 1-1 coaching, consistent check-ins, and our "Athlete Approach", we keep you accountable to the version of yourself you’re building. Having a team of people who actually care and understand your goals, when you feel like throwing in the towel we will be there to pick you up and walk you across the finish line.
Structure
Progress requires a plan you can actually stick to. We give you clear, sustainable structure for training, nutrition, and habits so you stop guessing, stop restarting, and start building momentum that lasts a lifetime. We realize that structure is not a "one size fits all" model, and customization paired with consistent altering of programming when needed is the fast track to success.
Community
Confidence grows faster when you feel supported. Inside our community, you’re surrounded by people who understand your journey, share your goals, and push you forward. The gym can be a pretty lonely space for queer people... Our goal is to provide you with support you never thought was possible. You never have to feel like you’re doing this in isolation again.

Masculinity Made is built for LGBTQ+ individuals who want to feel more confident in their body, and use fitness as a tool for self-trust and growth. The length of coaching varies based on your goals, experience level, and starting point. We’ll discuss your expectations during onboarding and recommend a timeframe that makes the most sense for you! That being said, progress in strength, body composition, and confidence usually takes several months of consistent work. Most clients commit to a minimum coaching period so we can properly assess, implement, and adjust their program for long-term success rather than rushed or unsustainable results. However, do have lower commitment options available if thats the best fit decided between you and your onboarding specialist!
Yes! We work with clients all over the world. Our coaching is delivered fully asynchronously, which means your training plan, check-ins, feedback, and support are not limited by time zone or location. For any scheduled calls, we coordinate times that work for both parties, and communication happens via whatsapp so you’re supported regardless of location! We also have coaches across many different timezones to best accommodate to global clients!
Clients in our program have access to a private, safe, and moderated community space where members can connect, ask questions, share wins, and get support from others on a similar journey! The community is designed to be encouraging, respectful, and inclusive, and participation is always optional. While coaching is personalized, the community provides an added layer of accountability and connection. These communities consist of group chats on Whatsapp and Discord! We also host 3-6 group calls a week that you can join at any time, and host monthly challenges for added community engagement!
Nutrition support is provided through personalized guidance based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. We focus on building sustainable habits, improving your relationship with food, and supporting training performance rather than rigid meal plans or extreme restrictions. Guidance may include calorie or macro recommendations, grocery lists, meal plans, education around food choices, help with navigating dietary restrictions or grocery budgets, and access to our master meal library of 80+ meal prep tutorials!
At this time, all coaching is delivered 100 percent virtually. This allows us to work with clients regardless of location while providing consistent, high-quality support through structured programming, check-ins, and communication inside our coaching platform.
Yes of course! We have a primary client base of transmascs, trans men, non-binary people, masculine presenting women, and any AFAB individual looking for support!
Asynchronous coaching allows you to train on your own schedule while still receiving expert guidance. Your program, check-ins, and communication are handled through our coaching app and Whatsapp, where you can log workouts, ask questions, and receive feedback. The investment varies depending on the type of coaching, level of support, and duration that best fits your goals. Because our coaching is fully individualized, pricing is not one-size-fits-all. We offer multiple program options and payment plans to accommodate different needs!
To ensure the program is a good fit and to respect everyone’s time, we start with a brief 5–10 minute call to understand your goals and walk through what the investment would look like for your specific situation.
